I agree with Kimmerer’s statement that humans have a lot to learn from animals and plants because, we have not lived on earth as long as them and for the little time that we have been on earth, we choose to exploit plants and animals and to overconsume. We thought that we didn’t have to respect nor listen to these living creatures because, in our eyes, they were considered “inferior”.
