I think the earth is a spectacular place. It's been living for thousands and millions of years. I find it impressive that it hasn't died after all these years. That's why I find the Gaia hypothesis very interesting. The way every living Organism on the earth connects and becomes this super Organism that then is able to keep itself alive and thrive in certain circumstances. This amazes me, they all work together to support themselves, and to provide a home, for us humans. I’m happy that this hypothesis was brought up in our reading, I found it very interesting.
