The Gaia Hypothesis

The Gaia Hypothesis thought up by the atmospheric biologist, James Lovelock stated that the Earth is a goddess. He believed that the planet was an immense, complex, self-sustaining organism named after the ancient Greek goddess of the Earth, due to how it manages to remain stable despite the amounts of stresses inflicted on it, such as temperature changes, cataclysms, and many different beings living in it at once.
