The Presence of Utilitarianism in the Issue of Immigration in Quebec

Every dilemma may be analyzed in multiple ways, depending on the thinker. This paper will show through Mill’s Rule Utilitarianism and Bentham’s Act Utilitarianism how the issue of immigration in Quebec is addressed.
