1.Transgender is a term used for group of people who has different gender identity or gender expression from the gender they were thought to be at birth. In other words, transgender is used to denote those individuals who have both male and female characteristics. Some people have female sex organ but they treat themselves like male or some people have male sex organ but they treat themselves has female. There are also some transgenders who possess both male and female sex organs but not completely.
