According to me, the part of the movie that shows and advocate’s gender equality, is the scene in which Harrison calls out Katherine and hands a piece of chalk during a scene of a high level pentagon briefing section. Harrison was aware of the fact that she was capable enough to solve that equation. He gives her an equal chance to prove her Intelligence without any biased thoughts. It’s really a good scene where Vaughn’s quiet efforts proves that she was the best person for this job.
