The key to academic success

The trust between teachers and students is a key element in the children’s education. For example, teachers will eat with the students and won’t stand in front of the class so that the children know that they are not superior. Students can get defensive when talking to teachers because in our society they are seen as superior. This impedes their education because it reduces their self-esteem. When teachers and students are on the same level, students have better academic and personal success.
