Being able to speak English can make you very influential in the world right now. Personally, speaking English opens doors for me in the world of entertainment because I can enjoy wonderful movies, tv shows, books and songs in their original form. It also gives me many opportunities, such as being able to travel and be understood in almost any place on Earth.
