Thou Shalt Not Steal Other People's Cultural Artefacts

Decolonization has been in process for several decades, and there is clearly still ground to cover. Many former colonies of world powers have been demanding repatriation, which means the return of stolen artefacts from Western museums. Think of the British Museum: their displays feature extensive collections of Egyptian and West African art, much of which was taken without consent, and none of which they are keen on giving back. According to utilitarianism, repatriation is the most moral course of action, the summum bonum being the ability to enjoy artefacts of cultural significance.
