We firmly believe that teachers need to create a safe space in which every child can feel included and supported. By doing so, this allows all students to be given the opportunity to learn, and this, in their own way. By promoting acceptance and diversity in the classroom and beyond these walls, all students can grow in an environment that benefits all members through additional resources and a wide range of learning styles. Through this mindset, educators must acknowledge individual strengths, challenges, and needs of each and every one of their students.
