The transgender term is used for those people whose gender identity is different from the gender they were thought to be at birth. When we are born, doctors usually say that it’s a girl or a boy based on what our bodies look like. And automatically when they grow up, boys identify themselves as men and girls identify themselves as women. However, there are some people, who think that they are different from what was initially expected when they were born. These people are called transgenders.
