Unconscious bias are the stereotypes which are learned through upbringing and influence behaviour. In this one becomes pre judgemental about others and take decisions earlier without knowing what are the reason behind other persons shown behaviour. This can be solved through structure decision making, being conscious and try to know reason behind that behaviour.
