Last Wednesday, I had the pleasure of attending BLAM’s “Let’s Get Real: Unmasking Healthcare Inequities, Empowering Change” event. This event aimed to address disparities affecting BIPOC communities in an open discussion format. While I had missed part of the discussion, what I did hear was incredibly enriching and eye-opening.
