In the United States, abortion has always been a highly controversial topic. As of 2026, 13 states have it completely banned and 28 others are limiting its legality (KFF). With the fact that fetuses are humans, this subject undergoes a severe moral dilemma. By looking at it using virtue ethics, abortion should be totally free and autonomous.
