Joining the Virtual Exchange program let me work with people outside my university and region. Teaming up with other students was rewarding and gave me new insights. I learned how others tackled tasks and challenges, which improved my group work skills and academic performance. I gained a better understanding of the US economy and culture, boosting my confidence. Our team was motivated and well-prepared, with the only minor issue being time zone differences, which we resolved easily. Overall, I learned how international students work and handle assignments differently.
