The Virtual Exchange Program with students from Texas University was a good chance to learn new skills and ideas. Working with people from a different background helped me improve how I communicate and work in a team. One challenge was managing time zones, but I learned to stay organized and plan better. I also realized that setting clear timelines made group work easier. This experience taught me small but useful lessons that I can use in school projects and future jobs.
