Twitter has been one of the greatest social media platforms since 2006. In the last 5 years, it became a bigger platform than journal sites to inquire and spread the news. However, Elon Musk disrupted everything since he bought the platform on October 27th. He wants to standardize the journalist side of Twitter and give a voice to everyone, which presents the moral dilemma of freedom of speech against spreading false information. By employing virtue ethics, it would be better to avoid this standardization and here’s why.
