My experience in the tiec program was a very developmental. This is the first class I have had that gave the students the structural grounds such as the liker platform with the subject mater and put the responsibility on the student to figure our meeting times, data coordination, planning, and the responsibility to work together to accomplish the task by a due date. This is "real life" stuff for most students. The boss will give a task with parameters and the rest is on us. This was a good experience for the future of every student because we all will at some point work with other cultures…
