The strategies I will present in the following text have the main goal to compensate the impact of the pandemic and the aftereffects as well. The fictional non-profit organization I refer to is an educational youth organization which also does camps with the scouts method and pedagogy. The main expenses during the lockdown were the unused campsites, which must finance themselves.
