Children, families and educators share understanding about each other. Learning in kindergarten classroom is greatly affected by the roles they play. Relationships between families, children, educators and environment promote development. Positive interactions between teacher and student improve learning and give children a sense of being valued. Educators changed their role from lead knower to lead learner as they learn with and from children.
