Why should Canada’s governments act against access to vaping?

In Dr. Anthony Graham’s news article “How vaping is undermining Canada's battle against cigarettes”, that was published on December 4th in the Opinion section of CBC News, an argument is clearly given. For starters, the issue of this story is why Canada’s governments should act against access to vaping, especially for teenagers. Then, the conclusion that the author wants the reader to believe is that the federal needs to “(…) do all the things it did successfully with traditional tobacco products.”, so that adolescents have less risks of getting addicted to smoking of any kind and therefore…
