Protein World's "Beach Body Ready" Ad is an advertisement of a weight loss product that features a yellow background, a bikini-clad woman, and a message reading "Are you beach body ready?" behind her. This ad was a subject of controversy as feminists accused it of “body shaming” and promoting “unrealistic body images”. The ad was photographed in a London Underground station in London, England and posted on twitter on April 12th, 2018. Soon after the post, protests, vandalisms, and even petitions (which have garnered over 50,000 signatures) have taken place against Protein World’s ad.
