I work part-time in an ice cream small business built up by an amazing artisan and his wife. All of our products are homemade by him and his small team, using only natural ingredients and no animal products or other components harmful to the environment (i.e there is no trace of palm oil and similar products in our ice creams and garnitures). Also, our napkins, utensils, plates, containers, cups, and straws are 100% compostable, and we continually push our customers and other employees to throw their used cups/spoons to the designated place.
