We learn from our parents who learned from theirs and they/we continue to pass on to our children because our parents are our leaders and when we are old enough to go to school our teachers are our leaders, we are constantly learning off of other people. A leader must how one all he or she knows, and the student/child must me motivated enough to learn what is being taught.
