Transgender- These are the people who have a gender identity or expression but that is different from sex that they were assigned at birth. At the time of birth, when doctor tells the gender of child by looking at the body of child, mostly child grows with same body and gender identity but sometimes, they get changes and be different what they were at the time of birth, then they are described as transgender.
