nuclear threat issued by North Korea

North Korea has said it will issue nuclear threat if the crippling sanctions on them are not removed. furthermore, North Korea wants to build a meaningful relation with the us and the us will not make any deals as long as north korea does not denuclearize so the negoations are currently in a stalemate.
